At times, children from Bottesford Junior School may need to leave the breakfast club session early to attend morning clubs on the junior school site. If this is the case, please complete this form giving your parental permission.

All children should exit via the main reception door. If your child is waiting for an adult to accompany them they should wait in the reception area.

If walking independently it is the responsibility of the parent and child that road safety is adhered to at all times.
